Remove Local User Fail with Unknown exception caught

description

We upgraded our Orchestrator this last weekend from 2012 SP1 to 2012 R2.
Now when the runbook that processes systems to remove users from the Local Administrator account on systems, after a short amount of time, the step starts to fail with the error "Unknown exception caught"

Then after a few minutes more of this the Server's RPC service crashes and then the server reboots.

I am not sure if this is a problem for this step or if its a patch needed on our server, has anyone else had this problem after going to 2012 R2 and using this OIP with Remove Local User?

I think I have a related problem when trying to add a Domain Group to Local Administrators Group. I get the following error:
The network path was not found.

Exception: FileNotFoundException
Target site: AddDomainGroupToLocalGroup.Execute

Stack trace:
at LocalComputerSecurity.AddDomainGroupToLocalGroup.Execute(IActivityRequest request, IActivityResponse response) in c:\Projects\TFS\scorch\Local Security\Integration Pack\AddDomainGroupToLocalGroup.cs:line 93

I dont have a TFS associated with my Orchestrator and I dont have a C:\projects folder on my master server or any runbook server.
is this a code bug or have I implemented incorrectly?
Thanks in Advance
